Quality Inspector.
Role
·
Support the BU DBF
business to achieve the goals by providing quality tools and techniques.
·
To support TPSE
production with quality related issues.
·
To ensure that quality
of incoming goods intended for production of BU DBF equipment is according to
specification.
Responsibility
·
Explain and assist with
quality tools and techniques to improve performance
·
Initiate and coordinate
quality improvement work within the organisation
·
Give/initiate quality
related training within the organization
·
Support Production
engineering to actively seek and introduce, new tools and methods of quality
·
Plan and lead internal
audit work and secure that audit notes and observations are taken care of by
the organization and that they are followed up
·
Support the TPSE
contact person towards authorities and other interested parties in quality
related issues
·
Maintain quality
measures
·
Support TPSE organisation
in interpreting international, national, Tetra Pak and TPPS standards and
national and international legislation and directives
·
Support changes needed
due to changes in standards, legislation or directives
·
Continuously follow up
the TPSE quality plan
·
Be aware of specific BU
DBF demands. Feed-back findings and improvement proposals. Participate and be a
part of the BU DBF quality network.
·
Materials produced for
BU DBF equipment:
·
Inspection of quality
in production
·
Carry out inspections
requested in orders
·
To stop
production/delivery when equipment contains deviations
·
Document deviations and
claims
·
support the TPSE
contact person to third party
·
Support creation of
quality plan for manufacturing
·
Document inspections
made
·
Proactively work with
delivery accuracy
·
Ensure that that
deviations reported at the side of QuTI-P is added in to QuTI-P
Qualifications:
·
Bachelor Degree in
Engineering
·
Three years working
experience in similar position
·
Preferably experience
working in similar industry
·
Fluent in English, both
oral & written
